Well done. I do alot of barrel work and some of the patterns created with red wine can also be quite inspiring. At least someone else gets as passionate as me about barrel work.

Hi Jon,
Right now it is much more quiet with barrel work. In fact I empty them last month to prepare the bottling, and they are now full of reserve wines. So never empty.
For whites, i just have to be quicker to take the picture before it disapered. ;)
